Return Policy

It’s easy to return a product to us. If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase just mind the conditions below and follow these simple steps.

- Fill out the contact form or write to info@babyrunning.es, including the order number, the email you used to make the purchase, and specify the date and address when you would like us to pick up your order.

Conditions

1) You have fourteen (14) working days from the time your order was delivered to return your purchase, in line with the applicable legislation. We will not accept returns once the fourteen (14) working day period has passed.

2) For hygienic reasons, we will not accept returns or exchanges of intimate items.

3) The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must include all parts, instructions, and accessories, and to the extent possible, the original packaging and labels.

4) The product must be returned in the same box or package used when delivered. If this is not possible, similar packaging to protect the products must be used.

5) Include a copy of the receipt and delivery confirmation inside the package.

6) We reserve the right to not accept returns if the conditions above are not met.

Returning Damaged or Defective Products

If the product you purchased is defective, has been damaged during shipping, or is not what you ordered, you can return it. Just mind the conditions below and follow these simple steps.

1) If the product has been damaged when you receive it, is defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the purchase, so that it will be covered by insurance.

2) We cannot be responsible for damage caused by improper use.
